Danielle and Jeff were amazing, they went above and beyond, for my significant other's funeral . We did cremation and I left a tote of his favorite OSU & other items to display. When I arrived the morning of his service they had everything set up and ready - all beautifully displayed ,exactly how I was thinking I would put it . I was contacted several times throughout the month as we planned his service, to see if they could assist in anyway etc . I would highly recommend them to others ! Thank you both.

⸻ Lake Erie Cremation and Funeral Home provided truly exceptional, compassionate care for our family during an incredibly difficult time. My mom was in hospice and passed in the middle of the night. When they arrived to bring her into their care, they wrapped her in a beautiful burgundy velvet blanket — a small but deeply meaningful detail that showed such dignity, respect, and tenderness. When it came time for us to see her, she was in the viewing room beautifully dressed, with her makeup done, and presented with such care. As a hairdresser, I have done the hair for my family members when they pass, and Lake Erie made this experience as comfortable and thoughtful as possible. They had an extra table prepared with a white tablecloth for my supplies, provided water, and gently asked if we would like any special music played. Every detail was intentional and compassionate. They were incredibly informative, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process, explaining everything clearly and never making us feel rushed. Their kindness went far beyond what was expected — it was genuine and heartfelt. Because of Lake Erie Cremation and Funeral Home, our family was able to focus on honoring my mom and saying goodbye in a peaceful, loving environment. We will forever be grateful for the dignity, respect, and extraordinary care they showed my mom and our family. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of truly compassionate and exceptional service.

Jeff and Danielle did a wonderful job taking g care of my husband during our time of need. Came out at 3 am and waited for other family to arrive. They are very caring and explained everything. Many option and well priced and even made extra things I wouldn’t have thought of. . I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again for making a hard time easy to get through.

advertising is beyond inappropriate. if they offer funeral services, why is the staff throwing money like it’s a strip club?? a man I spoke to over the phone was also very rude to me. would definitely not recommend this place. there are great places in mentor that my family has used that have better prices and better staff!!!
