John and Ashleigh were equally supportive, patient, and professional, guiding us through every step with empathy and understanding. Nothing about the process felt rushed or transactional. It was such peace of mind that I had walking out of the office the day I made the arrangements for myself, my husband and my brother who lives alone and does not have children. Tom Gibson was very helpful and knowledgeable of all the details and took his time answering my questions. The best part is that the prepaid arrangements are good at any of their locations all over the U.S. Unfortunately, we we needed the service for my husband just six months later but everything went smoothly and professionally, what a blessing it was.

We am from Maine, my husband passed away while at the Cleveland Clinic. Heritage was wonderful to work with throughout all aspects, communication was great and they shipped his ashes and death certificates, etc. without issue. Highly recommended.

I purchased the Urn for my Brother from their showroom there prices are very competitive if not lower than other places I looked into and no pressure or upselling which I found comforting. John and Elizabeth checked in to see how are family was doing after several weeks after the cremation. My brother recently passed away. I knew he wanted to be cremated but since I lived out of state I felt a bit adrift. Someone recommended the Heritage Cremation and Burial Society so I contacted them and was so happy that I did. The whole process was relatively simple and they were so supportive and kind.
