Eternal Paws Pet Cremation and Memorials

We unexpectedly lost our sweet girl. Everyone at eternal paws were amazing. Mike was so sympathetic and kind during this heartbreaking time. Everything turned out better than we expected. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did for us. From being patient between the tears, to gaining our trust with taking care of our sweet girl. Now we have beautiful memories of her that will last forever. Truly an amazing place with amazing people. Our hearts can’t take another heartbreak anytime soon…but when the time comes, we will definitely be choosing them again.

Losing a fur baby is never easy. Having it happen in the middle of the night sucks. I can not even put into words the love, kindness, compassion, understanding, non judgemental, amazing this place is. Michael's kindness on the phone when I asked questions to find the best route for Penny and I. He is one of the main reasons I picked this place. Upon arriving, he met me at the door and offered to help. The way they take care of your fur baby is out of this world. Such kindness and love for your pet without even knowing them. I am so blessed to have found this place. Thank you for making one of the hardest things in life a little more bearable.

We recently lost our fur son and our hearts are shattered. Mike was so incredibly responsive and supportive throughout the entire process. He was patient and empathetic and gave us time to process while being professional. Also, HUGE thank you to Chris and Steve who have treated us like family during this difficult time. From beginning to end Andrew, Mike and everyone we came into contact with was absolutely amazing! This is a hard enough life event to have to go through especially when it was unexpected such as ours was. They were all there for us comforting us in our time of need. They were affordable and not trying to take advantage of you because you are grieving the loss of our fur baby. They were there for us late on a Saturday night to help us out. I had never even considered having a pet cremated until I lost my parrot, my best friend, unexpectedly. We called a couple of places to learn about the process and get pricing. When I called Eternal Paws, they were so kind and even over the phone, they were heartfelt. They gave us an idea of the process and the pricing over the phone, they took some basic information and were able to have us bring her in, in under an hour. When we arrived, Mike met us at the door. He had all of the information we had given over the phone ready. He offered a place to let us rest our pet or we were welcome to hold onto her while we talked. We sat down with him and he explained the process in detail so we knew what to expect. He shared how they kept track of our pet and how they only do the process separate from others so we knew we would only be getting our pet back. We were able to go through everything and make the choices we needed to without any pressure. They offered some extra things to go along with the urn. The extra things they offer are done only by specific people that they have worked with for multiple years and trust only them to do these things because they've done such good work for them over time. The price is the most reasonable of the few places we found. Other places were two or three times the price. Other places also charged more to have your pet go through the process separately, which seems to me that they're preying on grieving people. Eternal Paws did not do this. They actually care about the animals and the people that come into their business and it shows. After everything was decided, we paid, and we were told on average it takes 7-10 days to get our pet back. Mike then gave us as much time as we needed with out pet alone to say goodbye. He was so unbelievably kind and understanding. He took extra care when handling her and treated her like she was his own. Mike gave his his card and phone number and said we could call or text anytime if we had any questions or concerns. I did end up needed to text him to ask if they could remove our birds leg band before they did the process. He replied immediately and said he would let me know asap. Within an hour, he got back to me and said they would be able to do it. It was seven days until he messaged and said we could come pick her up anytime and to let him know when would be convenient for us. When I arrived, everything was in a sturdy bag with all the things we chose. Included was a paper stating what the remains were because sometimes I guess there can be some questions. The urn we had chose was safely placed in a velvet bag. The small charm we chose with her name engraved on it to go around the urn was on it and even had a small plastic bag around it to protect it from scratches. The small ornament with her foot print was placed in a mesh bag and they even chose a corresponding ribbon to match her. Everything was handled with care. Mike and I spoke for a bit after he showed me everything and went over it all and it helped make the situation a little easier. This was honestly, probably the worst loss I've ever gone through. My heart still aches every single say. But, going through this experience with Eternal Paws made it a little easier. If you're going to have your pet cremated, this is the place you want to have take care of them. I believe they truly are in this business because they care about people and animals. They're fairly priced, honest, caring, compassionate, kind and have great experience in the business. I doubt you'll be able to find anyone who does it better.
