A Gentle Pet Cremation

When I picked up our pups cremains, the level of professionalism was top notch. Very sincere and empathetic. I appreciate every detail of our pets memory that you helped to preserve, more than you’ll ever know. Thank you for everything. I’m so grateful.

As a medical provider, I expected a level of professionalism and care during one of the most heartbreaking moments of our lives — saying goodbye to our beloved dog at home. Sadly, our experience with this company and Dr. Parker was deeply disappointing and, frankly, distressing. When Dr. Parker administered the sedation, our dog let out a loud, painful squeal — something no family should have to hear in a moment that is supposed to be peaceful. It was extremely difficult to witness and suggested improper technique or lack of care. When it came time to give the final medication, Dr. Parker forgot to remove the tourniquet — a critical oversight that affects circulation and can delay the medication’s effect. After administering the drug, she only checked for signs of life for a few seconds with a stethoscope before declaring our dog had passed. From a clinical standpoint, this was shockingly inadequate. Unfortunately, her physical limitations also made the process more upsetting. She dragged our dog rather than gently positioning her, and failed to place her in a peaceful, comfortable spot where we could gather to say goodbye. I had to do it myself — something no grieving pet owner should have to manage in that moment. When I later went to pick up our dog’s ashes, the poor experience continued. The office looked unkept, and the front desk attendant was dressed inappropriately — wearing Crocs and very casual clothing, which came off as unprofessional for a place handling such sensitive services. Overall, this experience added unnecessary pain to an already devastating situation. I hope this company takes these concerns seriously and improves their practices — no family should have to go through what we did.

Losing a pet is never easy,but the staff here was very patient and empathetic. Dr Orlando did not rush through the process and gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye. When the time came to pick up her remains I envisioned a low quality urn and a the same with the paw prints! I was wrong! We got a beautiful wooden urn and four beautiful paw prints. The process was done with care and dignity. I can't say enough good words how the staff here made a traumatic situation bearable. Thank you so much for your work!
