I can’t even begin to find the words to thank Vernon Pets. Losing a pet is never easy — they aren’t just animals, they’re truly family. During such a difficult and emotional time, Vernon Pets went above and beyond to show genuine empathy, compassion, and professionalism. Their kindness and attention to detail brought my family and me so much comfort as we said goodbye to our beloved girl of 18 years. Every step of the process was handled with care, respect, and understanding. I am deeply grateful for the compassion they showed and for helping us honor our pet’s memory with such dignity. I highly recommend Vernon Pets to anyone seeking a service that truly treats your pet like family.

Beyond professional and outstanding service. We unfortunately woke up this morning and right after the dogs used the restroom one of them passed away within 10 minutes. After giving my roommate some time to grieve I gave this place a call and they got us in immediately. We drove from a hour away and it really was the best call. Very nice clean respectful environment. They have affordable services that are also nice options. I do believe that this place will continue it's 5 star reputation. No judgement from crying or anything. They give you all of the time in the world if needed. It's hard when you lose a pet and this was a very nice option for us. I had no regrets or anything once we left because I knew they would take care of it. They also offer a pick up option if needed. When you enter the private room area you will also see many options you can choose from. They take care of all sorts of pets. Not just dogs and cats. I don't see how a place can be any more professional than this for animals. If you are reading this then I am sorry for your loss also but just know this place is top notch for you in a time of need.

Having to make the decision to send our Mr. Sebastian “home” broke our hearts more than we could’ve imagined. After finding Vernon’s pet service on the internet, we contacted them & couldn’t have found kinder people to work with taking care of our baby. Despite being a Saturday evening, they told us to take the time we needed & they would meet us. We were well outside of their operating hours, but their service never changed. Broken hearted, we arrived & were again told to take the time we needed. The young lady was kind, sympathetic, and caring in taking care of our Mr. Sebastian. If she had somewhere else she would’ve rather been, you would’ve never known it. Everything they did, that night & beyond, showed exactly how much passion they have in trying to ease the hurt & help us keep the fond memory of our fur baby. Thank you for all you did for our family & allowing us to shed tears without judgement. Vernon’s Pets is well deserving of their 5-star rating & truly show they are much more than just a service.

Amazing experience with these folks. My mom had a pet die suddenly, and I had sent out an inquiry around 3am. By 4am the owner had called me back and helped me set up arrangements. They were very understanding and flexible. I will only be going to them for services from now on!

Our Bob the Spy meant the world to our family. When his health went downhill we were crushed. Rachel at Vernon’s was absolutely wonderful. I was able to get everything done ahead so when we lost him we didn’t have to fill out papers and such. The other staff there happened to be the ones to meet us when he was gone. Everyone was beyond kind. We felt he was going to be treated with kindness and love. We were able to pick him up today and the care that they put into all the packaging. The blanket we held him in was washed, a sweet little container of some of his hair, extra ink paw prints for our kids. The little tuxedo kitty on the envelope… it was all so kind and considerate. As much as I hope I don’t find myself back there any time soon, I would recommend them to anyone and would not trust my pets anywhere else.
