Trusted Journey

I recently lost my best fur friend. He was very special to me and I wanted something special to remember him by, so I chose to do the EverAfter Art from Trusted Journey. I want to thank James who went above and beyond helping me with all my questions and making sure this artwork could be the best possible. I also had my son, who was also wanting a special urn to remember his best friend. James, again, made sure we got exactly what we were looking for. The artwork took awhile to receive, but it was well worth the wait. It turned out beautiful. I was a little worried what colors they would turn out in as I was told that the molecular makeup of your pet's ashes determined the color. Well, my bestie, gave me the best colors possible--all my favorite colors. I couldn't be happier. Thanks again, James, for all your help during this difficult time as I tried to honor my best friend. My pet went there from my vet this week. They called saying she was back and I wasn’t sure I would get her back because yesterday there was a major fire at the vet clinic (yeah what are the odds) I was able to get her and I was very impressed. The packaging was extremely nice, her box is beautiful, the paw print and her hair were perfect. I think the care in packaging really goes the extra mile. Thank you so much.

I'm not sure if this is the right location but I couldn't find an Indiana location. I wanted to say a HUGE thank you to LaKota Sells, who went above and beyond to walk us through the process last year when we had to put down our dog. She held our hand through the entire process, explaining each step and happily answering all of our questions. She proactively reached out to us to let us know when certain steps had been completed. She was so understanding and compassionate. I couldn't have asked for anyone better to help us during that time. I will never forget her kindness and generosity.

First let me say that when I called the office to ask a few questions the woman I spoke to was so kind and helpful. She offered condolences several times and was very easy to talk to during a hard time. They did an amazing job with my fur baby. When I received the remains, there was paw prints, a lock of his fur, and a clay paw print with his name. His urn is beautiful. I highly recommend them. They weee truly amazing at a very difficult time for my family! Thank you!

The lady on the phone was so kind and patient at helping us pick out our urn and didn't rush us. When we received our furbaby back his urn came in a bag with a beautiful velvet bag with a card , his fur and paw print. Also a number to call a grief counselor if needed. I highly recommend, they were wonderful.
