Routsong Pet Loss Services

The loss of our senior cat, Kirby, was devastating. We called several agencies who offered burial/cremation services. We chose Routsong because their approach was sincere and sympathetic, they offered pickup from our home (some of the others would only pick up from a veterinarian or not at all), and the price was very fair. They treated Kirby with the love and dignity he deserved.

This is unfortunately my 3rd pet Routsong has taken care of for me. I can’t say enough about the caring and compassion shown me all 3 times. I highly recommend Routsong for the Pet Loss services they provide.

The service they provided me included a room for my last goodbye, memory cards that included a paw print and fur clipping, the cremation and wooden box urn with engraved plaque. Losing my cat was not easy, but Routsong made me feel better about the outcome. I wasn’t able to see him before he was put to sleep, but they were able to stage him so I could say goodbye one last time. Afterwards, the compassion they showed to make the grieving process easier… Hopefully I do not have to use them again for quite some time, but when the time comes, I will definitely be back.

The services that we have received with Routsong has been outstanding. With the recent loss of our beloved cat Willie, my wife and I were heartbroken. Sam and the staff were very compassionate and covered every detail from cremation to his final resting urn . The prices are very reasonable and the services again are outstanding.
