Faithful Friends Pet Memory Center

I dont even have enough space to type all of the good things I have to say about this company. I lost my soul cat this past Friday and I was, and am, absolutely devastated. I was referred to Faithful Friends by VEG after we had to let Ryu go.. I spoke with FF Saturday morning and then went into their location. I was greated by the kindest people, and they took amazing care of me. They picked Ryu up from VEG on Monday, keeping me informed every step of the way, and I was able to pick his ashes, temporary urn, and everything else yesterday.. It makes me so happy to have him back with me, and even moreso that I was able to work with such compassionate and loving people. Thank you SO much for the special fur clippings I needed.. You guys didnt have to do that, but you honored my request and gave me peace and joy. Thank you for your gentle love for both myself and for Ryu, and all of the heartfelt follow ups along the way.. I know there will be a day when I need you guys again, and I know that you will make us feel just as loved. Pet your emotional support manager for me, too, he's a good boy. :)

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Faithful Friends Pet Memory Center. These people are absolute angels. The loss of my sweet Lab, Lizzy, was completely unexpected, and in such a heartbreaking time, they treated both my family and Lizzy with such compassion, respect, and care. Every detail was handled perfectly — they made a very painful experience just a little bit easier by being so thoughtful and professional. I truly felt that they cared as much about Lizzy as we did. I highly, highly recommend Faithful Friends to anyone facing the loss of a beloved pet. They are a blessing.

It takes a special vision and truly compassionate people to run such a meaningful company. I knew my old boy, Mr. Jones, was nearing the end of his journey, and I had made peace with the fact that he wouldn’t continue life with me or my family. When the day came, I found he had passed peacefully in the comfort of his own yard. I called Faithful Friends, and from the very first moment, they were delicate, kind, and deeply understanding—recognizing that the passing of a pet is the passing of a family member. I stayed with Jones while they arranged for someone to come pick him up, and when they arrived, the process was beautiful, respectful, and full of care. Faithful Friends honored my boy’s life and gave me comfort during one of the hardest moments of my life. I will forever be grateful for their compassion and the dignity they showed to Mr. Jones.

On Christmas Eve we had to say goodbye to my father’s dog, even with it being a holiday they were in touch with me within an hour. The kindness, compassion and care we received from Faithful Friends was unmatched. They remained in contact with us until sweet Reese Cup was back home. Everything was so perfect, and beautiful. They even sent my father a condolences card. The kindness they display makes a very difficult time a bit more manageable. The dignity and respect shown to people and their fur babies is beyond expectation. A truly wonderful company. ♥️

Faithful friends were amazing through the whole process. Very caring and compassionate, we had our Bella back home the very next day with her “siblings” that went before her. The young lady that picked Bella up from the vet took such gentle care of her. Thank you.
