I was referred to this place by hospice. I have to say Zach did an amazing job of making everything as easy as possible for our family. We did a small family farewell viewing and my brother looked so good and so at peace, just like he was sleeping. Everything he did was perfect from how he spoke with us to how seamless the process was. If you do have the unfortunateness of having to choose a funeral home for your loved one, I highly recommend them.

During one of the most difficult moments our family has had to face, Zach provided us with invaluable support. His professionalism, empathy, and attention to every detail helped us navigate this process with dignity and peace. I truly can’t speak highly enough of Alliance Funeral Home. They were absolutely wonderful in our time of need. After losing my dad, suddenly and unexpectedly, we sought affordable direct cremation and found ourselves at a different funeral home first. We had an absolutely nightmarish experience there, and ended up leaving in the middle of making arrangements, angry and crying. Distraught, I called Alliance late on a Friday afternoon, and was told to come right over, that they would help us. Zach and Jeff welcomed us with empathy, compassion and patience. They didn’t rush us and showed incredible respect. They stayed late and made sure our wishes were understood and the process was explained. They showed interest in my dad’s life and made us feel comfortable. Zach was in contact with me through every step of the way, and went above and beyond to make our experience with them as painless and pleasant as possible, considering the circumstances. He was an angel at a very dark time and I can’t thank him enough. While I hope we won’t need their services again anytime soon, when the inevitable happens, they will be my first call.

Alliance Funeral Home was very professional in every way. Couldn’t have asked for a better service from Alliance. Zach took care of everything including the cremation. Within a week my Dad was back in our possession with all the proper paperwork taken care of. Highly recommended!
