Craig and the staff at West treated our son like the treasure he was from the moment of arrival to his final resting place. He looked so precious and handsome after a courageous battle with health in his short 9 years. They honored his memory so well! The amazing staff had empathy for his youth siblings and took extra time to care in a very difficult time. Craig handled many details including large visitations and services. Our families needs were met above and beyond expectation. In a world where these graces are rapidly disappearing West Funeral Homes hasn’t lost respect, honor, and care for loved ones and their families.

Alex was absolutely wonderful and went out of his way to work with our family to do what’s best. He absolutely went to bat for us and helped ensure the best service possible. I highly recommend Alex for your funeral needs!

A young man lost his life and many people came to pay tribute. So many, the overflow room needed to be used. With something so important, you think they would be smart enough to do a sound check. People close to the young man needed to leave the overflow 15 minutes in and crowd around the open door of the main funeral space, as they never got the overflow sound to work. Absolutely atrocious! Beware the incompetence when coming here for something so important to so many.

West Funeral Home has done many of family and friend's services over the years. Recently, I have had to use their services in the death of my husband. They make a difficult time, one easier to handle. Professional, compassionate, and there to handle any questions that may arise. I had the privilege to work directly with Kent, but so many others were right there with him to handle everything. It's so nice to have them "in the family ".

I'm not one to typically leave reviews, but I cannot say enough good things about West Funeral Home and more specifically, Dave. From his care and compassion with my family upon our initial meeting at the nursing home, to answering all of our questions quickly and thoughtfully, and ensuring every detail of my dad's service was exactly as we wanted it. He went above and beyond and made what was a very difficult week, bearable. They truly care about the people they serve and it shows. I cannot say thank you enough.
