Summerfield was nothing but a pleasure to work with. In the worst situations of losing a loved one, a phone being answered with compassion and professionalism is amazing. Kurt personally met me at the office on short notice to make arrangements and drop off my dog. Services were professional and timely. The grounds and office are beautiful. The trip from Minot to Bismark was well worth it to know my dog was in capable, respectful hands. Summerfield was an absolute pleasure to work with and I make sure to recommend them to anyone needing services.

Summerfield Pet Memorial Park and Crematory are nothing short of amazing. Their compassion, kindness, and care was absolutely perfect. My family's 15 year old dog passed yesterday (1/12/23) and they showed my family and I such grace and compassion, opening early (1/13/23), ready to receive our pup coming from Minot, and just did a phenomenal job all the way from reception to completion. I could hear the compassion in Dan's voice on the first phone call, and saw it when dropping off our pet and picking up her ashes. He was professional and caring, showing empathy for what we were going through. I was so thankful for that, and would highly recommend this service to anyone who wants their goodbye to their beloved pet treated with love, understanding and dignity. I would give 100 stars if I could! On July 1 I learned that I would have to put my beloved cat of 11 years down. We scheduled it for July 2nd. I called Summerfield at 10am on July 2nd and they were able to get me in right away. I had his ashes back in less than 2 hours. Melissa was so sweet and compassionate. The whole crew was super nice and caring. They made the whole experience bearable. Thank you to everyone at Summerfield, you all are the best! ♥️
