Steamatic of Fargo

I had a really good experience with Steamatic for my air duct cleaning. Denver was the tech who came out and he did a great job. He was super friendly, explained everything throughly, and took before and after pictures. The ducts look a lot better now. Crysta in the office was great and extremely easy to work with. She made scheduling easy and was good at keeping me in the loop on any updates. Would definitely work with Steamatic again in the future.

The employee on the phone and the guy that came to are house was very nice and friendly. He took pictures before and after the cleaning of are air ducks. The pictures showed a big difference. The price of the cleaning was very reasonable. We would recommend them to our friends and family. They did a amazing job.

Denver did an excellent job of explaining the process that would be taking place, taking time to answer my questions, and efficiently getting the job completed while working around my pets. He and his team were very friendly and professional. Crysta customer service representative was wonderful from setting up appointment to final payment and invoice!! Best carpet cleaning business in the Fargo/Moorhead area! We had the carpets cleaned in 3 rooms they came out looking like new. One was very dirty & we were planning to replace it in the spring but not now. Our technician was on time pleasant and knowledgeable. Would call Steamatic again. Money well spent
