Drove my rabbit from Fargo to have him cremated. Lauranna was beyond fantastic. She was flexible in scheduling his cremation, provided prompt and caring service. Lovely touch with the handwritten card and lock of hair in a heart shaped packet. Reasonable price and very thoughtful service. Other places I called either didnt call back or wouldnt let me wait while he was cremated. She communicated well and let me wait while he was cremated. I cant say enough good things about this business and strongly encourage everyone to use them. Good service is hard to find these days and its much appreciated during a difficult time.

I recently lost my beloved pet of 13 years. When I called to arrange her cremation, I was completely heartbroken. The kindness and sensitivity shown me while making arrangements and being grief-stricken was beyond caring, it was heartfelt.
