From the moment I contacted them, I felt nothing but understanding and genuine care. When they arrived to pick up my pet, the gentleman was incredibly respectful and dignified. The use of a hearse for transportation was a profound gesture that showed the high level of reverence they have for every animal in their care. It truly helped ease the difficulty of saying goodbye at home. They handled every detail with the utmost dignity, treating my pet with the same love and respect I would have. Tracey was very empathetic and supportive during my time of bereavement. My Gotti was 16 years old when he crossed over the Rainbow Bridge. Tracey made paw prints and nose kisses for both me and my daughter. She even provided swatches of Gotti's fur for both of us. I highly recommend their services. Tracey was very helpful during such a difficult time of losing my dog right before Thanksgiving. When I arrived, she gave her condolences. She explained the process in great detail and explained due to the holiday week, it may have taken a little longer. She kept me updated after Thanksgiving weekend as well. My beautiful baby girl Skyy passed last Sunday, and I was beside myself! Through our tears, Ms. Tracey and Ms. Barbara at Triad Pet Cremations were so sweet, sympathetic, patient, and so helpful during this sad time for myself and my family. They went above and beyond to help us and our baby girl. After answering a few questions, they took over and made the process and everything so easy for us in a very sad time. Starting with their driver John coming to pick our beautiful girl up. He was so nice and explained everything step by step what he was going to do with Skyy. He treated her with so much love and respect, even calling her Miss Skyy. It really meant alot to me and my family. Ms. Tracey was so sweet, kind, and patient, she helped us pick out things to be able to remember our baby girl with, and that meant so much to us. Triad Pet Cremations truly makes you feel like they care about you, your pet, and your family!
