Eric and his staff were kind, compassionate, and quick to respond. They picked up within an hour at 7pm on a Monday. They gave our pet the utmost respect and brought him home quick. It was 5 business days exactly. Highly recommend. All of the remembrance items were well crafted and really helped to bring us solace! We can't thank them enough!!

Eric and his amazing team helped me with 3 pups this year. Max was 14 and such a sweet old man. Boo Weekley was 13 and a rescue. And chance was 14 and my whole world. He was so calm, kind, and patient. I was distraught and couldn’t talk through the tears. Each time he patiently advised and respectfully went above and beyond so I could have them forever. I cannot thank them enough.

Cannot thank Eric and his staff enough for taking care of our sweet girl. We lost her suddenly and tragically the Saturday after Thanksgiving. They arrived to our home extremely quickly and were nothing but kind, compassionate and professional. The woman that came out handled her so gently and respectfully as if she were her own. Our baby was back home with us quickly and that has brought so much peace to us. Forever grateful for these wonderful people.

Serenity Pet Cremation are by far the best priced and we'll managed company to work with when it came to putting our Gizmo in his final resting place. I'll recommend Eric and his team over anyone from here out. We also received all of the other sentimental items from Serenity paws, they're just not pictured. :) Rest easy, Moto Moto. 💖

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ In one of the most heartbreaking moments of our lives, this service showed us an incredible amount of compassion, dignity, and care. They came the same day, late at night, to gently pick up our sweet pup after he was tragically run over. From that moment on, we knew he was in loving hands. They handled every detail with such respect and kindness, taking care of all his afterlife arrangements and bringing him back home to us within just five days. When we received him, the presentation was beyond anything we could have imagined—his ashes were returned in a beautiful box with his picture and a plaque, along with a vial of ashes, a vial of his fur, two paw prints, and two ornaments with his paw print. Every detail was so thoughtfully done and deeply meaningful. During a time filled with so much pain, they gave us peace, comfort, and something tangible to hold onto. We will be forever grateful for the love and care they showed our boy and our family. If you are ever in the unfortunate position of needing this service, know that they will treat your pet like family.
