Renaissance Funeral Home and Crematory

When we lost my father in law unexpectedly, we had no idea which funeral home to work with. After doing research across the triangle area, we landed on Renaissance given the comforting and solid reviews from other families like us. And I am so glad we landed here. Amie was our director and she treated every exchange with such compassion and professionalism. They listen and guide and help you stay on task without applying pressure. Amie and the other staff really care about the experience they provide to families and friends going through an unimaginable time. I strongly recommend Renaissance if you find yourself in this situation. They offer a life boat when the rest of the world feels chaotic and stormy during a chapter of loss. Had a wonderful experience with Renaissance. They handled all of the local logistics details for the passing of my grandmother who had to be transported out of state for burial. Amie and renaissance made what seem like an overwhelming ordeal profoundly simple on their end. For that, my family was grateful. Would definitely recommend them again under any circumstances It’s our second experience with them overall and we were pleased both times.

Our experience was nothing but positive, especially considering the circumstances. We lost our mother somewhat unexpectedly and there had been no preplanning for funeral services. I reached out to 3 homes based on referrals and knew after talking with Collette that Renaissance was our choice. She was so reassuring and so helpful answering a lot of questions I had since I had never planned or dealt with a funeral service. Heather and Collette and all the staff there just made everything so easy and smooth. I cannot say enough about the personal service.
