My parents chose Montlawn for its quality and grounds keeping. My brother is buried there and I have spot beside him.His vase was destroyed by a lawnmower ect. I ve been trying to resolve this issue since May or before. Each time I left my name and number with a different employee and that I would receive a call. The last time I came out I was told that I wasn't the only one having this issue and that others had the same issue. So insensitive! This was my only sibling we were referring to. We left him in Montlawns Care and this the answer I received?! Today January 6, 2026 Tina Geddis called for record up keep. I told her of my problem she fixed it!! Now my brother has the dignity and care that he deserves. Her kind act brought me to tears. I will always remember this act of kindness and care she showed I and my family. Thank you Montlawn for hiring such a kind and compassionate lady.She even told me about payment plans for future preparations. Thank You So much Tina!

With utmost appreciation and gratitude, I want to thank Sonja Cheatham at Montlawn Funeral Home for show so much compassion, care and excellence in customer service that she has shown to me during this hard time in my life. She listened with empathy to all my concerns and assured me that everything was going to be alright and I really felt that I was in good hands. The burial of someone of someone you truly love can be very stressful but Sonja Cheatham helped put some of those stressful moments at ease for myself and the family. I feel that she was my angel in disguise and again I appreciate her being there and staying in contact with me throughout the entire process. My MIL recently passed in September and had previously purchased her cemetery plots at Montlawn Memorial Park in Raleigh, NC. We worked with Regina Logan, Funeral Director to make all arrangements. Our experience working with Ms. Regina was exceptional!!! Her professionalism and attention to every detail for Mom was exemplary. Not only did she tend to Mom personally, she planned the evening for her viewing, she arranged Mom be taken the next day to church for her funeral and then brought back to Montlawn for burial. She orchestrated everyone involved - what to do - where to stand, etc and orchestrating family and friends cars getting lined up for procession back to Montlawn for her burial. Quietly watching and Communicating each next step with precision. She made a very hard day go the very best that it could have with the most incredible, loving, kind and skilled professionalism. Montlawn Memorial Park and Funeral Home employees Regina and Tina were very helpful assisting my wife and I with our pre-need planning recently. They were able to clearly explain in detail the options which made the decision process so simple. From the time we arrived for our appointment until we left, everyone we came in contact with were welcoming and hospitable which made this difficult task more pleasant than we expected.
