Faithful Companion

I had moved here last year from NY with my special needs 225lb Saint Bernard. I had always needed to be prepared and was concerned not knowing best places in North Carolina and was terrified . When the time came 😔 last week . I was so relieved to have Faithful Companions on international drive in Morrisville (Raleigh ) made me feel a weight lifted off knowing they were going to handle my private cremation for my boy Tank after speaking with them and then meeting them . They handled my boy with such respect and fulfilled every wish from picking up to the viewing through the entire process . We were able to be with him throughout the entire process because I was so concerned about making sure it was my boy . We felt safe ! We took our boy back home the same day . The entire staff was just the sweetest , most empathetic , most understanding people with big hearts that I have ever met down here . The staff went above and beyond to make me feel at ease and fulfilled every wish I had and for that I am forever grateful and I have recommended them ever since and will continue to do so . The manager, Celia Mcnaught even went above and beyond that by having Tank’s photo hung in their Raleigh/Morrisville Location office . This was so amazing to see and I cannot tell you how much we appreciate her for doing this . My big boy 💙will now never be forgotten .I had choked back on my tears after visiting in person. We recently and very unexpectedly had to make the difficult choice to put down our beloved hound, Humphrey. We used Truss Vet in Greensboro, who I also highly recommend. Due to some family circumstances, as well as the size of Humphrey, cremation was the best choice after he passed away. The Vet handled all of the details and told me that the cremation service would be in touch when they had everything finished. About nine days after Humphrey passed away, we got a call from the cremation service that they were returning him to the vet for pick up. A gentleman that I spoke with on the phone, Chase, was very kind and expressed sympathy for the loss of Humphrey. He also said that they were returning Humphrey to the Vet, not Humphrey’s ashes or Humphrey’s remains or anything like that which I thought was very kind. We were so pleased with the way Humphrey was returned to us, in a beautiful wooden box with a paw print with his name on it. We can tell that he was cared for with lots of love and dignity, and that’s exactly how we wanted the end of his life to be. Thank you so much for your amazing care and services.

We lost our cat recently which was heart breaking. A friend referred us to Faithful Companion in Morrisville for a private cremation. Brionni worked with us throughout the process with kindness, compassion and understanding which warmed our hearts and made this sad day easier for us. Our appreciation is beyond words.

I can't recommend Faithful Companion enough! Unfortunately, I recently had to make the heartbreaking decision of letting my precious guinea pig, Penny, cross the rainbow bridge. Everyone at Faithful Companion was so kind and compassionate. They were very helpful with any questions I had. Obviously, no one wants to go through this heartbreak, but I'm so pleased with the exceptional care I received from Faithful Companion. They did a fantastic job engraving the urn I selected. It looks beautiful, and it's such a beautiful memorial to my sweet girl. ❤️

I unfortunately had to put my dog to sleep at Truss Vet in Durham. They discussed with me the services for private cremation, as well as the Faithful Companion brochure. I knew what to expect with the selected package and who would be taking care of it. The next day, I received a call to confirm the delivery logistics. I cannot recall her name, but she was very empathetic and professional. She also referred to my dog by her name. I also got a call when my Ivory was in route. The gentleman who handed her over was very empathetic as well, also professional, and stated "Sorry for your loss." I am appreciative for my vet for handling these arrangements, because I was a bit of an emotional wreck. After losing a member of the family after 9 years, I couldn't have had a better vet or business to handle her final arrangements. The urn and paw print is beautiful and we are happy to have Ivory back home. If ever you need these services, stop here. They will take care of your fur babies. You will be pleased. I appreciate all involved.
