My dog was recently put to sleep at the emergency vet in Wilson. I paid 300+ to have her cremated by y'all. My husband picked up her remains and when I saw the box you put her in I was infuriated! It looked a display model or one that had been used before! Even on the back where you placed a sticker with her name there was a small place that another sticker had been because the wood was a different color. Somebody had even taken a furniture marker and fixed the top edge. I tried calling both numbers on the card for Ginny and Walter...no answer. Beware!

After picking up our pet's ashes, we looked at the cremation certificate, it was dated 9/31/2025. They also include a name plate you can have engraved. After losing a pet the last thing I want to do is research places to have a name plate engraved.

When called he was there. He picked her up (Squirt) within 30 minutes of her passing and we got her back the next day. Two casts of her paw were made and some of her fur was saved. I've lost pets when I was younger but this loss is visceral.

Our dog was sent here for cremation by Wake Veterinary Hospital, and the items we received are so nice. The paw prints are perfect, and the box is simple yet beautiful. The card with date of service is much appreciated too.

After almost 16 amazing years with my girl, I wanted to make sure she was taken care of and that I could have her with me forever. It only took a couple days before she was returned to me in a beautiful wooden urn with a plaster of her paw print and a sprig of rosemary. They also included a blank name plate but I had one custom made instead, although it was nice of them to include one anyways. I highly recommend their services and I am more than satisfied with how well my baby was taken care of and returned to me.
