I'm not sure if they are still in business. I called three different phone numbers provided by the company and left a request for a call back. None of the calls were answered, and I haven't received a response to my call-back request. I made the calls during the business hours listed on their website.
We lost our long time friend to cancer. It was a tough fight but when the time came these guys came with the utmost caring and professionalism. Extremely nice and respectful. They were also flexible with the timing. They had our remains back in timely manner with a nice box memorial and were extremely sympathetic. We would recommend them to anyone. Good people.
I recently lost my best friend Rocky.The morning he passed My dad called Buckleigh Hills and Joe told us we could meet him at 4.He was right on time and was very sympathetic and caring.Obviously I was a hotmess, and due to Covid we couldn't touch, but he gave me a fist bump and promised to take good care of my buddy.It was a great experience for such a rough time.Today I went to pick him up, and his remains are in a very nice little box.Thank y'all for your help in such short notice! And for taking care of my baby! Hopefully I won't have to come see you again,but if I'm in need I know who to call!
I wish I could say I had a pleasant experience. We didnot. We had arranged for our vet and Buckleigh to be here at 530. Most euthanasia's take a short time. My dog didnot. He took an hr to pass. During this time, the owner (Joe) knocked 3 times called once. My son in law spoke to him and my vet spoke to him explaining what was happening. It didnt seem to suffice. When it was over we carried our dog to their flat bed truck with no covering. I was charged an extra fifty dollars because it took so long and it was a Friday evening. Buckleigh Hills provides a service I contracted for that service and they were upset that it was taking longer than necessary. I would never use them again. Very unprofessional.
