I lost my sweet girl, Queen on 02/11/25. I chose pet passages because it was local, & affordable, & I could see every step of the process. I chose the private cremation, & my experience was amazing. I got my sweet baby back within 3 days, & every encounter I had with Pet Passages staff was filled with kindness, love, & compassion. I felt relief knowing my baby was being treated with so much respect. Her paw & nose prints came out beautifully, & I was thrilled to have them available digitally as well, which I had printed on canvas & turned into artwork in my office. Seeing my sister smile for the first time since she lost her 16 yr companion was totally worth it. Being disabled they spent 24/7 together. We got her the urn and paw print in plaster. My childhood dog passed just a week before his 18th birthday. He declined over the weekend, so I planned on calling the vet Monday morning to make arrangements. Pet Passages was the most affordable option I could find in Charlotte, but that is by no means a dig. Their customer service was excellent, and their staff was compassionate and supportive. Their location was a bit far from us, but should I ever be in this unfortunate event again, I will definitely to make the trip. Our little buddy Nibbler is going to be sorely missed, but we have his ashes, along with a paw print and other keepsakes that they made for us. RIP buddy :(
