I just want to say i recommend Mark with Pet Haven 100%!! He was very respectful, answered the phone each time i called, super professional & made this process very swift & easy to have my Butter Bean cremated!! VERY REASONABLY PRICED! I paid 145$ to have my girl cremated, she was even returned to me in this beautiful copper urn!! Ive never had a pet cremated before & i just want to say THANK YOU MARK, its been a rough time without her and i thank you for giving us a wonderful experience & making it to where i can keep my Beanie with me forever! 🥰

After dealing with our terminally sick kitty and deciding it was time to end her suffering, we made the impossible choice. I was distraught with the thought of cremation for my kitty since all my childhood pets were buried in my family’s yard 2000 miles away and we live in an apartment, so we had to choose this route to keep her with us forever. The anxiety of the process and what to expect were extremely high going into this. Our vet recommend them and told us she has been using Pet Heaven for 21 years and that she trusts them. I’m glad we took her up on that advice because Pet Heaven couldn’t have been more hospitable, kind, trustworthy, and caring. They are a family owned and operated business and it is evident they truly care for you and your pets. From the moment we called Mark to arrange our private cremation viewing until the process was complete, I felt at peace knowing she was handled with precious love and care the entire time. They explained the entire process before we began and what to expect, if we wanted to watch or not, and it was obvious they deeply care for your pet as if they were their own. I’m so thankful they exist and our vet recommended them to us. It really gave us some peace and comfort during this time of grief and put all my fears at ease. Use them.

Mark at Pet Heaven has always been there for us in our times of need. He has a very professional manner and takes awesome care of our babies when they have gone on to Rainbow Bridge. I am so proud to have known Mark and Pet Heaven and would recommend them to everyone!

Very kind people and reasonably priced, they took care of both my great danes Clyde and Oscar. Very fast and give you a beautiful card and Urn. Hope you never have to come here but if need-be, you will not regret it.

I want to think Pet Heaven for the care they took with my Bailey they got her on Friday November 28 late evening and had her ashes back today in a beautiful urn with a beautiful heart warming card. If I ever have to go through this very difficult time again I will 100% use Pet Heaven.
