Paws Remembered Compassionate Pet Cremation & Burial

Clayton was a very understanding and compassionate man. We lost our dog charlotte and my wife and I decided to stop by and inquire; the facility was warm and welcoming, Clayton was understanding and forthright about everything. We left her there at 11am and I was able to bring her back home at 330 that afternoon. Clayton also prepared two paw prints for us in remembrance. I would definitely recommend them for anyone.

Super compassionate, great customer service. We suddenly lost our 1 year old cat, Nacho. They came and got her from our house the night after it happened, very early in the morning so we didn't have to worry about leaving her while we went to work. Getting her back was emotional, but I am so happy we chose this route. She will always be with us, on the mantle where she loved to hang out. Thank you for making this difficult time a little more bearable with your services.

Austin was super kind and helped us with a smooth process. During a time where we were struggling emotionally and not sure what to do, Austin made sure we were well taken care of and for that we are super grateful. I would recommend this service to anyone in need of a cremation for their pets.

I can not say enough about Clayton and the services provided at Paws Remembered. We had to say goodbye to our beloved Max after 13 years and it was heartbreaking, but Clayton made the process bearable with the care & compassion displayed when he came to pick him up. This service has been invaluable to us. When my kitty of twelve years passed away suddenly and unexpectedly, we were devastated. We called Paws Remembered in the evening and someone answered right away. Each person we spoke to was kind and understanding. One of the owners, Austin, showed up less than an hour later. He was kind, very gentle when handling my sweet kitty, and waited while we said goodbye and told our stories. Despite the fact that I was a mess and couldn't keep my thoughts straight, he understood what we were going through and gave is every reassurance we needed. The cremains were ready the next day around noon, so much faster than I would have thought. They were in a small tin covered with paw prints and they were so kind to include a plaster mold of my kitty's paw prints. That part was never mentioned before and was unexpected, but I am so, so grateful to have it. Paws Remembered is an excellent business that handles such an awful experience with the utmost care and kindness. I couldn't have asked for a better service.
