Neptune Society

My brother became ill unexpectedly and passed 3 days later. I called the Neptune Society at 9 pm, just hours before his death at 2:30 am and was amazed at the compassionate response I received and the ease of obtaining their help with one simple phone call. I received a phone call the next morning from the manager, Elijah Walker. He was so compassionate and caring. Every question I asked was answered with the response “ we will take care of that for you”. I simply signed a form at the hospital giving them permission to release his remains to the Neptune Society. I was also stunned at the cost of their services. I expected to pay 2-3 times the cost he quoted me. He kindly said that it’s the holiday season which makes it difficult for families, so he was able to make it more affordable. I can’t say enough about my experience. They were so wonderful and helpful! I’m so thankful that I chose the Neptune Society! And so thankful for Elijah Walker!

My parents set up their final arrangements many years ago. They both passed with in two years of each other. As an only child it was a blessing to have such a wonderful agent to work with in Elijah Walker. And we also were pair with a wonderful local crematorium. They all were informative, compassionate and so helpful. Though we do not live in a state that Neptune can set up from... please look into it for yourself and your family.

Neptune took care of the remains of a very close friend that passed in 2024. The friend purchased a funeral plan from Neptune that ensured his body/remains would be taken care of no matter where he passed, including overseas. The Neptune group here in Charlotte, NC that we worked with were efficient, caring, and so easy to work with. My wife and I just finished setting up our own plans with Neptune and highly recommend this service to anyone looking to use cremation.

Elijah Walker at Neptune Society provided exceptional, compassionate service during one of the most difficult times in our family's life. He handled all arrangements with professionalism and care. His responsiveness and attention to detail gave us tremendous peace of mind during our grieving process. I highly recommend his services.
