National Cremation Service took very good care of our family during this difficult time. Chris Turner was very helpful and went out of his way to answer all our questions and assist any way he could. Extremely pleased with National Cremation Service!
Everyone, from the team that picked up my loved one's body to the pastor who steered us through the process of the death certificate and the cremation itself, was genuinely kind and professional.
A very respectful and cost-conscious approach for taking care of your loved ones after passing.
My original contact fell through when my father passed before our scheduled appointment. While everyone was very kind, I wish I could've dealt with my original contact. Chris, while very nice, seemed extremely disorganized. After being told that he didn't need anything else from me, he'd call the next day asking for something else- repeatedly. I want to know everything that's needed now, not in dribbles. It made an emotional time very stressful. Btw- don't ever answer a business phone with a mouth full of food- it's extremely unprofessional!
National Cremation staff were incredibly kind, professional, gave options, and kept me informed of any changes. They cared for my son with compassion, and also allow viewing of your loved one in a lovely small private place, (no prep for the body, but draped and positioned), in case you want to - prior to the cremation. I have had the awful experience of losing two adult sons unexpectedly. One some time ago, and I went back to them for my other son's care. The compassion, personal care, and calm explanations helped me through those very traumatic moments, and set the path toward recovery, At the time I didn't see how much it helped me. Over the years, I realized how blessed I was to have the gift of those staff members.
