Heritage Funeral and Cremation Service - Ballantyne Chapel

I called 3 places total for the cremation of my girlfriend’s daughter. The first call I made was to Heritage and thank God Robin answered the phone. I knew after speaking to her that she was the perfect person to handle this situation with care. Robin is caring, never was there any pressure or the feeling of, and she handled everything as if we were family. Take my advice in this very delicate situation you want Robin to handle all your funeral needs. You will thank her (and me for writing this review) after all is said and done.

Robin Barron and Heritage made my husband‘s passing week exceptionally good. We have the opportunity to work over the past few months with Robin so her preparation till the funeral again we’re above and beyond Without Robin‘s guidance and help I and my family would have been in very bad shape. Although the time to use this company is a difficult time, they make it such an easy process. Robin and Lisa were the first dynamic ladies that I worked with. So informative and will guide you through the process with ease and they are very understanding and empathetic. My brother used them for our dad and was extremely happy, so I chose to do the same with our mom and happy I did!
