We lost our Roxy in September due to cancer. We miss her so much! Thank you Good Shepherd for doing such a good job. You were very kind and we are very pleased with your services. We received texts and a card which we appreciate.
Our fur baby, Maggie Mae just recently passed away after 14-3/4 years with my husband and I. We contacted Good Shepherd and spoke with April. She is so personable and knowledgeable in her field. Her compassion is endless. We were so pleased with the care April showed Maggie and we will be forever grateful.
Good Shepherd made one of the worst days of our lives a bit easier to get through. Our precious girl Tori died suddenly at 325 in the morning and I called them as soon as they opened on a Saturday. They came within 90 minutes and handled her with respect and care. When I went to pick up her remains, I was pleasantly surprised not only by what we received, her ashes in a lovely box, her paw impression and more, but how lovingly the cemetery was maintained and the animals had flowers at their headstone.
My kitty passed after years of dealing with cancer. My husband contacted them to pick her up at home. They came very quickly and promised to treat her body with respect. I believe they did so. They communicated each step of the way. My baby came back to me in a beautiful box with her name. They are supportive and compassionate. Top notch service.
As much as I wish we would never need the services that Good Shepherd provides ,we do. I'd never go anywhere else. They have provided services for my family before. You can be sure your pet will be handled with care and dignity. You can be sure you are getting a private cremation. They will help you step by step with deciding exactly what you want, such as paw prints, locks of hair, small travel urns, what sort of large urn you'd like to have. They make a terrible time as caring as it is possible for it to be. Tori on the left before she crossed the Rainbow Bridge. Mariah on the right who is still me. You can't go wrong choosing Good Shepherd!
