Wonderful and professional service. I have used them for a cat and 2 dogs. All three times my babies were picked up from our vets office and in less than a week we’re delivered back to the vets office. They arrived in a beautiful wood grain box type urn and also with a paw print with the name of each pet on it. All for a really reasonable price.

I believe this is now owned by Pet Heaven. If so, this review applies to them. I don't know because no paperwork came back with my pet. Just a beautiful box and 6" diameter paw print. Not sure what to do with that but it's beautiful. They put a stickie on the bottom of the box with her name. Very cheesy. I previously used Good Shepherd and I received a nice certificate confirming these were her ashes, with a cremation number, her full name, date and signature. Similar to a death certificate. I got nothing here. The "card" they included in the blank white envelope with no personalization had an 8 1/2 x 11 piece of paper folded into 4 with a pet poem and printed names of the owners I assume. Couldn't even write our family name on the front. Very shallow. Maybe if I hadn't had a much better experience at Good Shepherd I wouldn't be so agitated. For almost $300 I would have hoped for more. My vet had to put it in one of their bags so I can only imagine how it was sent over. At least it was quick. I'll give them that.

I have had four dogs cremated by Terry Davis. He is a very compassionate man when it comers to your pet. He treats the animal as if it were his own at the point of pick up and given back to you. I would recommend Terry Davis to anyone. Shirley Landsdown
