I didn't have to worry about anything, from picking my mom up from the hospital, handling all the paperwork to handing us her precious remains. Carolina cremation was so professional and supportive during our time of bereavement. They treated us like family. When they came to get my husband from hospice they let us have our time before taking him. And we needed that extra time and patience.

My mother passed away 10-9-25. I chose this company as it was recommended by the hospice facility she was in. They went above and beyond to help me and assist me with the process. They were all very kind, very helpful. The doctor at the facility my mother was in would not sign off on their portion of the paperwork so she could be cremated. Will went above and beyond to get that done. When I went to pick everything up, he explained everything to me and was very kind. This was a very difficult situation for us. My mother passed quickly. And I had no idea how to handle any of this. This company will go above and beyond to help you and your loved one. I highly recommend them. They have even checked on me after the fact to make sure we are all doing okay. Thank you for all that your company has done.
