We had to put our 4 year old cat down at Carolina Animal Specialty and Emergency hospital late Wendesday night and they partner with Agape Pet Services. Her remains were back on Monday which I thought was very fast. I am very happy with the urn and paw print. Everything looks quality and came nicely packaged. This was the first Pet we have lost and so we didnt know what to expect, but I am more than pleased. We will use this company in the future for our other babies.

We recently had to put our big boy Gus down. We had no clue what to expect nor did we know who would do the cremation. What we received was so professionally done and elegant. Without a doubt exceeded my expectations. Thank you guys so much.

I personally would never use them. I had a vet come to our home to put our sweet six year old baby down due to aggressive cancer. This is the company they used for aftercare of my baby. My husband and I specifically ordered a nose print keepsake of our baby. We got her remains and a paw print instead of a nose print. I called to see if maybe the nose print didn't get packed. I called after hours and someone called me a few minutes later to say they were going to expedite it to management. the next day I waited to late afternoon and called them again. This time I spoke to someone who told me the nose print was not taken, however management would be calling me back because of the mistake. That was a week ago. When I unfortunately have to put any other fur baby down. If the company or vet I use has them for the aftercare I will handle it on my own and find another place.

I have said "goodbye" to over 20 beautiful furballs and having the wonderful "after life" care gives my heart peace. The personable home delivery along with the updates in unsurpassed. I can't thank Agape Pet Services enough for the amazing gift they gave my son with cremating his first pet "Toothless" 2015-2024. My son lost his prized fish right before his 10th birthday and wanted him cremated so badly so that he could keep him forever. Agape was able to give him that wish and now Toothless is back home. After a lot of tears, Agape was able to bring a beautiful smile to my son's face when he was heartbroken. Thank you so very much for bringing my son so much peace and showing so much dignity and grace to what most would say, "It's just a fish". Thank you from my family and Toothless 🥰
