Pets at Peace - Rochester, NY

I had the best pleasure of working with Susan Drew, whom is partnered with Rochester Veterinary Hospital. With the plannings of our beloved dogs who passed on within 2 months of each other. It was the desire to have them together and the logistics that came with it. We’re now able to enjoy the bamboo urn and 🐾 with a photo frame of our furry ones! Thank you for everything and keep it up with the beautiful work and services you provide for our animals! 🙂

From the moment we walked in at Rochester emergecy vets everyone was so caring. They kept us informed of everything they were doing to help save our kitty. When the decision was made to put him down the doctor was so very compassionate. They are all amazing. I even got a return call from the social worker there jen. She is amazing. He was taken to pets at peace and they also were super. Susan called me for every step they were doing. I cannot thank them enough.

My wife and our family adored our family dog Camden, our dog unfortunately succumbed to a couple of health issues and it was extraordinarily hard for us. Pets at peace and it's staff understood what we were going through and made this process easier for us to go through. They're thoughtful, caring and dedicated to their craft, they allowed us our family to grieve while taking care of our beloved family member and giving him back to us in a beautiful arrangement. No doubts for us in this process and would recommend them to everyone we know who has to go through a difficult process like this.

The employees at Pets at Peace were so very caring and understanding during my time of grief over the loss of my 15 year old Dorgi, Toby. They called me multiple times to inform me of the status of Toby and his ashes. I would very highly recommend Pets at Peace!!

I have never had to go through such a traumatic experience. Having to part with my Roxy was so heartbreaking & difficult. She & I were together almost 24/7 for 13 + years. She was my shadow & was loved by everyone & gave everyone so much love in return.
