If I could, I would give them 100 stars. They treated my pet with so much respect. We called close to midnight because my pet passed away during the night, and they kindly scheduled us an appointment for the next day (they also gave us instructions on how to “preserve” her body). The price was not unreasonable (my pet was a French Poodle), and even though we chose the basic package, I loved it. Thank you for taking care of my baby.
I can't give them enough stars. I got an appointment the day I called. Wendy is amazing. They are so considerate and empathetic. We knew weeks ahead of time that we would have to put our Bobbi girl down at some point, and after going through the process at the vet with our Bots, I knew I wanted something more intimate. It was very calm and had an amazing atmosphere for having to do such a hard thing. Our vet Sara was also great. She talked us through the entire process and what to expect and was so kind. I recommend anyone having to go through this to go to them. Nice quiet room, plenty of time, and so very compassionate of what we were going through. I can't recommend them enough.
Mark & Wendy are great people. Losing Sandy , my golden doodle was truly a gut punch. I really didn’t have to stress at all about what to do with her when she was gone. Wendy told me about the process and Mark came and got her. I know, for a fact that all of Sandy’s remains were her and not mixed with other animals which apparently many people do when they Cremate animals. This is never been a practice for Wendy and Mark. Pet passage is awesome. I highly recommend..
They were extremely kind over the phone and in person, and I felt very safe leaving my pet with them. She gave us our privacy for as long as we needed as my partner and I had to say our final goodbyes. The services were done and our pet was returned back to us very quickly with a card and a footprint, which I was very thankful for. I'm glad we decided to go with Pet Passages.
I cannot Thank the owner and staff enough! I was so devastated about losing my best friend Jillybean and they made everything so peaceful and comforting, and accommodated every need and request that I asked. I will suggest them to all of my family and friends who might be in the same position as I was someday.
