We recently had to say goodbye to our beloved dog, Rocco, and entrusted Sue with his cremation. From start to finish, the compassion and care they showed made such a heartbreaking time a little easier. They treated Rocco with the dignity and respect he deserved, and their kindness toward our family truly touched our hearts. The process was handled gently and professionally, and the ashes were returned to us in a beautiful urn with thoughtful details that showed they really care about the pets they serve. We’re so grateful for their empathy, clear communication, and the comfort they provided during such a difficult moment. Thank you for helping us say goodbye to Rocco with love and peace. Hanai Pet Cremation gave us the comfort we needed during 2 very difficult times. 1 year ago, our dog Luna unexpectedly passed away while we were out of town (she was 9). Sue from Hanai gave our pet sitters the comfort and direction they needed while we were unable to be there. Once we came home, Hanai set up a beautiful visitation, allowing us to say a proper goodbye before cremation. I was hesitant on doing this, but so very grateful and thankful that I did and was given the opportunity to do so. This weekend our 11 year old dog, Lady, passed away close to midnight. Knowing Hanai is open 24 hours and with our great experience prior, I gave them a call. Sue answered, talked us through some options, and once again gave us the direction that we needed. She was able to pick up Lady directly from our home the following morning. I would recommend Hanai to anyone who unfortunately needs to use their services. They are kind, professional, reasonably priced and have care for our family like their own. Huge shout out to Sue, we really appreciate you.
