Jackie is so kind and careing. She definitely made this sad experience a bit better. When we brought my girl in Jackie gave us a few minutes with her and I was able to get a paw print, nose print and say our final good byes. When I picked my Divine up and she was in a cute tin with pawprints and rainbows and was also given a card with wildflowers to plant in her memory. I loved it. And just wanted to thank Jackie again for everything.
We lost our Daisy on NYE and I reached out to Genesee Valley Farm in the morning , Jackie was so extremely compassionate , told me to bring her over anytime , she would take care of everything. We arrived and one of the workers came and took Daisy , let us have a moment in a nice room to say good bye . They offered urns or memory boxes . They are extremely reasonable , very accommodating and I had Daisy back home within 2 days . Thank you for helping us get out girl home , and for being so accommodating especially on a holiday . We so appreciate you all.
Amazing customer care, beautiful peaceful setting. They took care of our pets final arrangements. Extremely responsive, went out of their way to make sure all my questions were answered. Very professional, can't recommend them enough!
After unexpectedly loosing my cat Nova I called Genesee Valley Farm and Jackie was the sweetest lady ever and made sure i knew my feelings were valid and showed nothing but compassion. Thank you for helping me keep my baby with me. I asked for paw prints and received those along with her ashes. Highly recommend for cheaper animal cremations!
Our dog, Daisy, and one of cats, Trisha, passed away a week apart. Jackie was very responsive, very friendly, and very caring. Genesee Valley Farm is a very peaceful location, a nice country setting on a horse farm, but still very close to town. Their rates are super reasonable, less than $300 to have both of our pets cremated separately. I can't recommend these folks highly enough to take care of your pet's final needs. Many thanks, Jackie!
