Amazing place to work with. June went in on Christmas eve to get our cat and others home for the holidays! Highly recommend. Very compassionate.

They are amazing people. Extremely caring, empathetic, and just wonderful people. They help you throughout the very difficult process. They have a little room where your fur baby can be laid out for a viewing. They let you take your time to say your goodbyes. A true funeral home for animal babies. Thank you so much for your care with our baby Bull. You really went above and beyond. We appreciate you so much. Thank you.

By far the best experience ever with any of my pets. June spent hours with me on the phone before and after our best friend Cody passed. She offered to come in outside her working hours to give us Cody. So compassionate and caring. Everything we received from her from ashes to cards were heartfelt. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Side note-extremely reasonable.

I have never shared a review on Google, but felt I needed to for Pets in Peaceful Rest. They were the most kind and compassionate people I have ever dealt with. The owner took my phone call at 2am, and directed me exactly what to do. I went to the Lockport location the next day...a complete mess over my loss. Everything they did and said made things just a little bit easier, they treat the animals with such dignity and respect, as well as the grieving family. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

While looking for a statue to sit upon my cat's ashes, I saw this place of business near me. I started looking through the photos and I felt calm since my cat died, until I saw the picture of the incinerator. I respect you for being forthright and up front, but maybe that photo could be used upon request. People that are looking at this are hurting, and seeing that photo made it hurt all over again and a little sick to my stomach. I think it is amazing what you're doing. The dog that was laying on a bench covered up surrounded by other family dogs started to make me tear because it was so beautiful. I have never been here but speaking from myself and other people that have had to end a past life that is suffering, I really don't want to think about how she would be cremated in that shiny Silver Box.
