Hi, from the first call when I spoke to Ann She was very patient and answered all my questions. We brought our pet the same day and the man that met us outside to take our pet was also very sympathetic. Legacy pet Sematary made the process very easy. At a sad time in my family‘s life. I can’t say enough about how great Legacy Pet was when we brought our beloved pet, Finn, to them. Everyone there was so compassionate and understanding during our family’s loss (especially Ann). From beginning to end, they treated us and Finn with such kindness and respect. When we picked up Finn’s remains, the care Ann showed meant so much to us. Legacy was very compassionate & respectful on how to care for our Valentina. She was a big love in our family who is so missed. Legacy was very understanding on how sensitive her passing was to us especially at a time when emotions are high, they were very sympathetic.
