Tranquility Cremation by Aquamation

Tranquility was a shinning light for me at a trying time. Their caring and customer service was above and beyond. They handled EVERYTHING for me and even dropped my mom's ashes and DC's to my house. I cannot express my gratitude enough to Samantha and Dave. Thank you!!! Your process needs no improvement and I have not said that many times in life. I highly recommend Tranquility to everyone.

There is nothing I can say that hasn’t already been said in all of the other reviews. Tranquility is great, but Kelly is exceptional. She greets you with a smile that makes you feel like old friends. Her communication and compassion are unmatched. Of course having a more green alternative in Wilmington is great, but at the end of the day your loved one is gone and the end result is the same. What made Tranquility stand out for me was, you guessed it, Kelly. Like I said before, I can’t say anything that these other reviews haven’t already said – Tranquility Aquamation really does make the process easy, and Kelly really is the best!

I can't say enough about Tranquility Cremation. Samantha was very compassionate during the worst time of our lives and she took such amazing care of our baby. If you need cremation services, please call them.

I am so happy I came across Tranquility. From start to finish it was a delightful experience. Kelly is a compassionate soul who is good at what she does. At first I called around to some cremation facilities to get pricing and information. I was put off by how impersonal and business like they were. I mean this is my mother I'm inquiring about not a car repair! I read about Tranquility and right away I became excited and knew that was the most respectful and gentle way to honor my mom's remains. Kelly made the whole transition so easy. I didn't have to worry about anything.

Tranquility is exactly what you you will find as soon as you walk in the doors at Tranquility Aquamation. My father passed suddenly on a Sunday morning. I knew he wanted to be cremated, but my brother mentioned that a friend of his recently lost his wife and he had chose Aquamation versus cremation. I found it fascinating and immediately began to research it. I called Tranquility shortly after and although it was a Sunday, Kelly Howard herself was available to me and answered all of my questions. She arranged transportation service, and my father was treated with dignity while he was transported to tranquility. I can’t say enough about Kelly. She is compassion, patient, genuine, honest and overall an incredible woman. She made me feel very comfortable about the process and kept me updated every step of the way. The process of aquamation is so gentle and natural. If you're reading this, I encourage you to look into it for yourself or a loved one. I am so very thankful we found Tranquility and Tranquilty is so fortunate to have Kelly. -
