Rainbow Bridge Aquamation

I met Dudley at an event for Rochester Animal Services. His booth caught my eye because I had never heard of aquamation, despite having gone through the death and cremation of 5 pets over the years. I took his information and kept him in mind, knowing that we had an older dog at home. I've always just gone with the cremation services that my vet was able to coordinate, I honestly didn't know I had a choice. Sadly it wasn't too long before I was asking about his services. Our dog Poppy became very sick and I knew euthanasia was in her near future so I reached out to Dudley asking if he would be able to pick up from our vet in Walworth. He quickly responded and asked for me to call and discuss. I really hate talking on the phone so I wasn't thrilled to call, but we had a very unrushed and painless conversation about next steps and I knew exactly what to do. Once her euthanasia was planned I gave him the date, and he was there as scheduled. He picked her up right after so she didn't have to be in cold storage overnight. He was very kind and courteous in his communication with me through the process. I stopped and picked up her remains after work since it was close by and he was very easy to schedule with. The included extras are such a nice touch, especially the fur trimmings. I also appreciated not having to plan to do a clay or ink paw print, knowing it would be done for me by Dudley. Having everything done without having to ask or think about doing it myself makes it feel like a more thoughtful and personal service. Losing a pet just really sucks. Rainbow Bridge aquamation didn't make it better, but they made it easier. You do have a choice with who you use for care after the death of a pet, and I would absolutely choose Rainbow Bridge aquamation for all of my pets when that time comes.

Dudley was very responsive and attentive, communicating with me both on a weekend night and later coming to our house in the evening to pick up our kitty after we said goodbye. We received a very nice package with our cat’s remains, a fur clipping, clay paw print and several ink paw and nose prints. Very affordable cost. I would recommend the personalized care of Rainbow Bridge Aquamation to anyone.

We lost our kitty, Princess Leia, suddenly and I stumbled upon this company and I am so happy that I did. They were at my house to transport her within 2 hours, it gave me the time I needed to say my goodbye. Kat and Dudley were both compassionate and caring, it made me feel at ease that she would be in good hands. The process of Aquamation was new to me, their website outlined the process and after reading I knew there was no way I wanted a traditional burning cremation. They returned my baby to me within a week and included her paw prints on paper and in clay, they also included a clipping of her fur, and it was all inclusive of the price they advertised online. I really recommend them to anybody in need, I hope I won't need them for a long time but they will be my first call the next time one on my fur babies passes. I want to give a sorrowful but sweet thank you to Rainbow Bridge Aquamation! Especially Dudley! After the passing of our younger cat their responsiveness, incredible care throughout, offering to pick him up, and drop back off after the services, made it just that tiny bit easier through the process! Also with our cats very unique paws, it was important for us to get his prints and they listened and provided (along with nose prints, fur clippings, and whisker clippings and clay paw imprints!) Though I’d hope to not, having four other animals, Rainbow Bridge Aquamation, gives peace of mind for the inevitable future. Thank you so much again!

We recently lost our kitty and found Rainbow Bridge online while looking for cremation options. We are so happy we found them! Dudley could not have handled our time of loss any better. He was here within a few hours and was extremely compassionate. He let our two children take the time they needed for their goodbyes. He also explained the process since it was new to us.
