I don’t even want to write this kind of review, but it’s a part of life. This company handled our best friend with the utmost care and respect. We knew the entire timeline from start to finish. The urn box was beautiful, the nose print and paw print were perfect. To some, a dog is “ just” a dog. To us, Beau was our baby. Thank you for treating our baby with so much compassion after he passed. My heart is still completely shattered, but I know he was well taken care of.

They did an outstanding job. They were extremely compassionate at such a difficult time In my life. My only recommendation is that the veterinary office that did all the planning did not share everything with me that was available for my dog such as internment options etc. Maybe because of my mental state at the time of letting her go they made a judgment call out of compassion? That was not due to Pet Passages. When I got to pet passages, I was able to pick out an internment vessel. I felt their prices were reasonable... I did not feel pressured to "buy more" as unfortunately some funeral homes do. I would highly recommend them. True, professionalism and caring at the same time.

Losing a pet is one of the most difficult things any pet parent will ever experience, and Pet Passages genuinely cares about their client's feelings and what they are going through. When you walk inside you immediately feel the solace and compassion. Their website allows you to fill out any paperwork beforehand which makes things a bit easier to do in the privacy of your own home. It was a bit of a drive for me to get to their location but it was well worth the drive. I am so glad that I chose Pet Passages to handle the final step in my fur baby's life journey. Thank you to everyone at Pet Passages for doing such a great job and truly caring and understanding.

My elderly cat was assisted by Verona street shelter and Pet Passages picked him up Monday and I was able to pick up the ashes Tuesday. We didn't get any extra services due to budget but I am pleased with the service being so quick and considerate. They have a lovely calming office. I'll likely use them again in the future.

Pet Passages was wonderful with the incredibly difficult loss of my sweet boy Jaxon. The urn he was placed in after being in their care was dignified and affordable. I will definitely be calling them when the occasion arrises again for any of my other fur babies.
