On Saturday 9/13/2025 or five year old Parti York Charlie passed suddenly. When my wife contacted Pet Heaven they were caring and compassionate, they made the arrangements to have our Charle picked up from the Vet for a private cremation immediately, On 9/18/2025 Pet Heaven contacted us to let us know that Charlie was ready to come home. He was in a beautiful urn along with his nose and paw prints and some of his multi colored hair. My family and I are so grateful for Pet Heaven, we would like to say Thank You for your love and compassion through this really difficult time! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m choosing a SIX Star review. Thank you so much to Rachel and all the staff at pet heaven for helping us in a sad time of our lives. We woke up to our dog Bailey having passed in her sleep next to the Xmas tree. They were so kind to us and made us feel so welcomed. They went above and beyond our expectations.
