Losing pets is possibly one of the hardest things in the world to deal with. I have used their services a few times now and I'm thankful for them. Prices are very reasonable. The staff is very helpful, empathetic, sympathetic and professional. They treat our lost loved ones with dignity and respect. They make the process very simple as well. In my opinion, there's no other option to consider if you lose a pet.

I and my family cannot thank Sue enough for taking care of us. She answered our call in 5 minutes and met us ON CHRISTMAS DAY to accept my daughter's dachshund! (Other crematoriums did not return the call 😞)She was empathetic and helped my daughter at the most difficult of times.

I simply cannot thank Susan and the staff at Pet Haven enough. They helped our family through one of the most difficult times of our lives. Their kindness and compassion was exactly what we needed. They also gave us the time we needed to be able to bring our boy home. I highly recommend them if you ever find yourself in need. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. I had a very pleasant experience with Pet Haven! I called beforehand and the lady was very friendly and welcoming on the phone. When I brought my turtle in the office feels very warm and welcoming as well. You’re surrounded by beautiful urns and jewelry which makes it feel like your loved one is in good hands. Their prices are the best around! Sue was very kind and compassionate about animals. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone whose lost a fur or reptile friend! Thank you so much Pet Haven for this wonderful experience and helping me feel like my pet was in great hands. ❤️
