I cannot say enough about Essential Cremations. My husband died suddenly and they really eased me through a difficult process and were so supportive. No matter how many emails I wrote with questions they were always there. Extremely helpful with advice about things I had no real knowledge of. I was assisted by Robin who went way beyond what I was expecting. Compassionate and supportive throughout. Robin helped organize the obituary and even took control of getting the obituary into the local paper so I didn't have to. In situations like this you need a lot of support and guidance about a lot of things, some of quite mundane. And Robin and Essential Cremations were there for me every step of the way. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they were. I'm very sad at my loss of my husband but Robin made things a little easier for me. Not just a great and caring funeral home, but a great and caring business staffed by great and caring people. Thank you so much.

Nicole and the entire staff help us in our deepest hour of sorrow and despair. We had someone try to charge us 3X's what the folks at Essentials performed the entire service for and they not only met but exceeded all of our wishes. Nicole was so very nice to my family and never tried to upsell us. They arranged so I was able to say my final goodbye and again they were so very kind and compassionate. In the most difficult time of your life, you need empathetic compassionate people around you and the folks at Essentials fit that to a tee. We made sure to tell everyone we could of our experience and recommend them as highly. From the moment of contact after my brother's death, Krystal and the Essentials team displayed a level extraordinary care, responsiveness and flexibility seldom experienced. My family was left with a deep appreciation for the respect, dignity and assistance offered. For this, to all Essentials staff, we extend our sincere gratitude!

If you are in need and looking for place to take care of your love one's remains, I would recommend at least give them call. Everyone is very professional and handle you like their part of your family, this was definitely how me and my family feel about are experience , Especially Catlin, I believe she can set you and your family at ease in time of grief.

Krystal and the Essentials team have done a fantastic job helping my mother after my father passed away. She arranged and ran the visitation and made arrangements with the church for the service. She also helped guide us with the legal requirements and offered advice for other matters related. Essentials was with us the entire time and was always available for any questions. Top quality service and the cost was a lot less than we expected.
