The staff here are very respectful of the families. Very professional. Even when they had to come out in the middle of the night, they were very friendly and very sympathetic. Thank you for making the most difficult time, not any harder. Compassionate.

So glad I found Charlie Castaglia and his team as things went much faster in Hospice than we expected for my late husband . From pick up from our home to carrying the cremains to the car for me , everyone we encountered was kind, professional and compassionate in a way that made us feel both that they knew and loved my husband as we did — and that it didn’t matter at all that we had a tight budget . They represented to my daughter - here from Virginia- the best of the old school Buffalo family businesses I grew up with many decades ago. I am so glad they will be there for her when my time comes . An exceptionally positive experience in the most difficult of times. My husband passed on a Monday morning and we had everything we needed ready to go by Wednesday . Remarkable .

The staff is very kind and polite. Scheduling services is done by appointment and they walk you through the process and fees associated with the cost of providing the necessary services required for the deceased. A chaplain can be provided for an additional fee and there is a gourmet coffee machine available free of charge.

This Cremation Service was honestly their for myself and my family above ANY other that we spoke with. Due to some issues out of our control and as the next of kin to my wife, I should have been the only one allowed to make the decision regarding her body, but as I was unable these honest and caring people took a risk and trusted my Mother-in-Law to act on my behalf so my wife did not have to sit on a slab in the morgue. I am eternally grateful to this establishment and their family and even personally called them to thank them.

Thank you so much for treating my mother and I with so much patience and respect regarding her final arrangements for my brother. Forever grateful for the peace you've given my mom during an experience no parent ever wants to go through.
