Dignified Grief Services of Western NY was there for us when we needed them. Our precious cat of 21 years needed to be cremated. And it was cheaper cutting out the vet as the middle man. You can deal directly with them. I have included photos of their pricing, which is NOT listed online. It will be changing soon, is what I was told today. At least you have an idea of the cost. DGS was sensitive to my needs and my situation. I dent grateful to hand my dear pet over to them. I trust them with care of my previous fur baby.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about DGS. Everyone was very kind, respectful, compassionate and considerate. Losing my fur baby has been one of the most painful loses. Knowing that my baby was in great hands for his final moments put my mind and heart at ease. Mike was absolutely wonderful in his communication throughout the process. Matt was very kind and compassionate during pick up. Please don’t look any further when deciding who to choose to take care of your precious fur baby. DGS wont disappoint. They truly care about their clients and their fur babies.

I lost my pet on the evening of 8/25. My vet uses DGS of WNY for cremation services. My vet gave me their contact info so that I could confirm with them what I wished done. I emailed them on 8/27 to confirm with them that I wanted her name and the dates 2014-2025 on the cedar box, a private cremation and to be contacted as soon as she was ready to be picked up. They never called me to pick her up. Her remains were returned to my vet with no dates on the cedar box. The certificate of cremation is also supposedly inside the cedar box so I am unsure if it was a private cremation because I am not opening it. I also asked in the email if they sold any other keepsakes. They sent me pics of jewelry, keychains, led lights. I’m now reading in the reviews that other people got clay paw prints and ink prints. Those would have been something beautiful to have and now is too late. These items were never told to me nor is it on their site. I am just very sad with lack of detail and follow through with my most precious soul.

We lost our kitty unexpectedly and we were in shambles. We didn’t know what to do. I reached out to Erik at DGS and he was so incredibly accommodating and empathetic, that it helped put us at ease. When we met with him, he was just so caring and comforting. We have lost some of our pups in the past that we were at our vet for, but never received the care like we did from Erik and his team. Thank you for everything that you do!

DGS was absolutely amazing! I suddenly loss my cat Buddy. We took him to Orchard Park emergency vet. They sent Buddy to DGS with high recommendations! They gave me their number. One thing I truly wanted was an ink print of his paws. I called after hours and left a message. Next morning received a phone call from a personal cell phone with every question being addressed. While on the phone another employee was calling at the same time to return my call. They went above and beyond everything I wanted. Included multiple paw prints and even a clay print. I was lost with the passing of Buddy and they went to the greatest lengths to help cherish him. Thank you so much!
