For starters, the name is very appropriate because these are very kind and compassionate people.... which is so appreciated when you are grieving a loss. I brought both my dogs here, 3 yrs apart. They were very easy to work with and made a heartbreaking process a little easier to bear. If you can, buy the liquid essence as well. I had a magnolia tree that just wouldn't thrive. It was planted it in memory of my dad after he passed. He and my Jada were best buds so I used her liquid essence to water the magnolia, symbolic of them being together again. Well..... that tree grew several feet over the next 2yrs!!! That tells you all you need know!!
We lost our family dog of 16 years suddenly overnight. We were not sure what to do and our vet was closed. A local Reddit thread led me to compassionate care and so happy it did. Jim and the team were so kind throughout every step of the process. We were provided with great/considerate service, filled with care for us and our pet. Max is now back home and we are thankful for the team at Compassionate Care that made a very tough situation just a bit easier transition for the family.
Waking up one morning to find our beloved dog passed away was absolutely horrific and difficult to process. Never having dealt with this in the past, we found Compassionate Care Pet Aquamation. Immediately from when we called them, they were kind and handled us with love and care. They took us in that day, and every interaction with them was welcoming and friendly. We knew that our Sadie would be in good care throughout the entire aquamation process. The facility was clean. Jim and Allen went above and beyond to make it as calming and easy as possible. They reminded us that when you’ve given your pet the best life, they deserve the best care until the very end—and this service felt far more thoughtful and gentle than a traditional cremation. They called us after the aquamation was completed, and we went back in to pick up our personally inscribed urn. The entire process was what we had hoped, and we would recommend them to everyone.
Compassionate Care Pet Aquamation Inc. truly lives up to their name. They provided exceptional care and compassion during a difficult time when we had to say goodbye to our beloved dwarf hamster, William, who lived a full 3 years and 4 months. Allen went above and beyond, meeting us at their facility at 7pm on a Friday evening to receive William. His genuine care and respect for our pet was evident, especially when my wife noticed him gently petting William as we handed him over. The aquamation process took about a week, and the cost was comparable, if not slightly more affordable, than traditional cremation. The entire experience was handled with utmost sensitivity and professionalism. We wholeheartedly recommend Compassionate Care Pet Aquamation Inc. and will use their services again, though we hope it won’t be for a very long time!
It was very difficult to part ways with my first and one of a kind fur baby. It’s still surreal I wake up and he isn’t there to wake me or welcome me when I return from work. Having been introduced to aquamation from a dearest family member who went through the same sadness with her first fur baby was the calmness and peaceful way to give to my Milo. Because his soul lives on literally with the water fertilizer they provide you from your fur baby to continue living within nature is why it allows me to deal with this huge loss. To be able to speak to a plant or garden that my Milo is providing growth is the most beautiful and peaceful feeling. His ashes are pure and of him along with the ink and clay paw print and it’s exactly his paw, I would know because I was always taking care of my boy. They also hand you in a sterilized packet filled with locks of your fur baby. Grateful to come across this aquamation is the best thing I could have done one last time to my Milo and not enough Thank yous to Jim, Alan and the staff could express the peace in my heart they were so helpful and as if they held my hand through the whole process over the phone. Please if there is one last thing you want for your fur baby is when it is that time give them the proper farewell through compassionate care aquamation. If you have a locket or a jewelry piece you can put some of your fur baby they will also do that for you.
