We were very pleased with the care and services we received from Frenches. John helped us with the cremation services and kept us informed all along the way. Melissa with After Care was excellent to work with. She was very informative and helped us with many questions and recommendations to keep us on the right track going forward. We couldn't ask for better after care service.

Our experience with John as our funeral director was a blessing. Everything was handled with the upmost care. Great communication and true empathy. During such a difficult time, he was there for us at all times, we can’t thank John and French Funerals enough for the caring and understanding.

The level of stress we were feeling was diminished working with the funeral director Antonio. He walked us step by step through the process before us and explained everything. We couldn’t be happier with the service we were given and would highly recommend this funeral home and also Antonio with the planning involved.

I recently contacted your company to inquire about pricing. Unfortunately, I was unable to obtain this information over the phone. My call was directed to an answering service, which assured me that a representative would contact me shortly. Regrettably, this promised follow-up never occurred. This lack of transparency and failure to deliver on promised communication has left me with a significantly poor impression of your customer service process. I hope this feedback is useful for improving future customer interactions and ensuring accountability.

Losing someone is so hard, but through the fog of it all, French’s staff was attentive, kind, and patient. Klara explained the process, helped us make many hard decisions, and took care of everything, down to the smallest details. We were so well taken care of. Thank you!
