Amazing service, price wasn’t too expensive. Me and my brothers lost our mom and didn’t have much money. Cremate simply was the cheapest option and the BEST. The comfort and empathy Rose showed us was top tier. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She didn’t rush us she let us grieve in our own time and made us feel welcome, like we were a part of her family.

Rose was so kind and compassionate and was always available when I called. My mother passed away right before memorial weekend and Rose was on it and helpful and took care of all the arrangements. She is such a professional and so caring and respectful with your loved ones I highly recommend this place and especially Rose.

We (from out of state) were very pleased with this service. The staff were very helpful and it was a relief to not pay for amenities (buildings and staff) we would never use. Rose was very kind and kept us informed as we had some delays. New Mexico (thank you) does have a document for consumers regarding what services (extra money) are required vs not required so do ask for that before you make final decisions.

Rose was so respectful and loving when she brought out my wife’s URN filled with her ashes. She held the URN as if she knew my wife and was truly missing her. She was very consoling and she did everything with tact and gentleness. I am very grateful and thankful that we went to CremateSimply.
