I just want to thank the Trujillo funeral home, for everything they helped us with. From the start to the end they guided us along what we needed, and help us through the whole service. Chris and Felicia are two incredible souls, the comfort they shared with our family through this troubling time. If you want peace and comfort through this difficult time they are both there with caring, love support for all you needs, they have everything outlined to make our process easier. When my 94-year-old mother passed away it was her wish to have her body donated to UNM School of Research. However, they were not able to accept her at that time, so we chose Trujillo Family Funeral Home. I had researched it beforehand in case we needed a plan B. I was interested mainly because they were a local business and family owned. I liked what I saw in their advertising as well. It seemed more personal than some of the larger companies. They were wonderful. My mom passed at home and the Trujillo associates got to the house exactly when they said they would. They could not have been more caring or empathetic. They made a very emotional moment feel a little calmer. When we went to the funeral home we were assisted by Adriana. She was kind, compassionate and got us through the paperwork with ease. I also want to mention Patricia, who works at the front desk. She is a very calming presence as well. We were also grateful that Trujillo Funeral Home's price was within our budget. The whole experience was positive and our family is very grateful to the Trujillo family for operating an important business with so much heart. Thank you!

Mr.Chris and his wife and the whole crew at Trujillo family funeral home were nothing short of the most generous compassionate and caring. The hardest thing I ever had to do was say goodbye to my Dad and they were there for me and my family. All arrangements were seamlessly made with honor and class. I want to give my absolute and heartfelt thanks to Luis and everyone at Trujillo Family Funeral Home. I lost my mother in September, and Luis guided my sister and I thru the entire process per her wishes, as well as intently listened to all our own plans for our mother. He addresses both your loss with genuine empathy, as well as expertly explains the next steps in the preparation for the deceased, as well as precise steps the funeral home goes thru in handling your loved one. It was one of the few times while taking care of my mother's affairs where I felt the weight of the task at hand relieved off my shoulders. I cannot recommend Luis enough for the absolutely awesome service my family and my mother received in his hands. Nothing more than what you actually need/want for your loved one is pushed on you. The professionalism and honest approach to taking care of the departed, plus the fact that they are a local business was extremely appealing to me. The cost for the services I needed were very reasonable compared to other, more commercial funeral homes in town. Luis kept in touch with me at all times, and even after receiving my mother, he was on top of additional services I requested to the end. Trujillo Family Funeral Home will always now be the service I will use or recommend should another loss be suffered in the future. Personally, I'd like to thank Luis again for everything he has done for me, I couldn't be happier in the care he took for my mother, and I wish you the best in your services!
