Glenda Chavez was wonderful to work with. She was so kind, helpful, considerate, compassionate and accommodating. She made us feel very comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience during our time of loss and grief. The entire staff at Riverside was very professional from our very first call to them. They helped make things less difficult, easy to understand and were very efficient. Our family would highly recommend using Riverside.

Glenda was very professional and help making arrangement for payment and flowers.Job well done. Suggestion.set yourself up for zoom presentations. A lot of people are far away in can't afford to come all the way to Albuquerque. Ability to watch and interact with a funeral through people's computers would be great.

Amanda made sure every single question I had was answered. With this being my first time losing a parent, she guided me along every step I needed to put my mom to rest. I had lots of questions and needed my mom’s paperwork to be sent to me promptly and she overnighted everything to me! Choosing riverside funeral home to take care of my mom was the best decision I’ve made in this process. I haven’t had to worry about anything, I’ve been able to sit back and relax. Our prayers were answered when we decided upon Riverside and their services. From start to finish we felt comfortable leaving our Mother in their care.
