Neptune Society has offered consistent, compassionate care directly to me before, during, & after handling my brother's cremation. I could not possibly ask for more. Clear, concise, truthful updates each step of the way. Staff is wonderful. Could not possibly say anything less than the entire staff offered exemplary care. Heartfelt thanks for helping me navigate this difficult and emotional path.

A discussion about our own existence and final decisions upon that existence are not easy. It is easy to assume we have time, but the clock stops ticking every second for millions of people. We don’t often get a chance to make a decision that will affect our final moment, and this is one where we actually can and make a definite life-changing effect on our relatives and intimate relations. Neptune is an organization nationally within the United States that will help you and more importantly, your relatives and family be able to concentrate on your life and not your death. At least this is how I see it. I recommend others to explore the organizations background and options.

Dear Jennifer and the Neptune Society Team, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the kindness, patience, and gentle guidance you offered my family during the passing of my father, Raymond Boutilier. In a time when everything felt heavy and uncertain, you met us with calm understanding and helped us take each step with confidence and peace. Thank you for carefully handling every detail of his cremation, arranging the military honor guard for his memorial service, and guiding us through the process of securing the death certificates and the arrangements for his interment at Sarasota National Cemetery. Every part of this journey felt overwhelming, yet your steady presence made it easier to bear. Your support in our grief—never rushed, never distant—was a gift. You helped carry burdens we did not know how to hold, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire process. “The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” — Psalm 34:18 Your care reminded us that even in sorrow, we are not alone. “Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.” — Matthew 5:4 Your compassion was part of the comfort these words promise. Thank you for walking beside us with such gentleness. We will always remember the light you brought into a difficult season. Grace and her team here at Neptune society in Abq. We’re an amazing people and very kind spirited. Helped us through the entire process. Words can’t express how much they care for there people that are going through a hard time with such a devastating time. Very blessed on making the call to this place after numerous calls to other facilities that didn’t seem to care as much as Grace did for us. Thank you whole heartedly.

The Neptune Society with Jennifer Galazen and her entire Team (from our initial phone call, through their quiet arrival in the middle of the night, to our last solemn visit with them to pick up my Mom's ashes) was so incredibly sweet, gentle, respectful and exceptionally helpful in assisting us through the all the steps that we needed to take while we struggled with my Mom's passing. They took care of everything for us quickly and smoothly - they are a blessing. I can not speak more highly of these wonderful people.
